If you make purchases through the Application, we collect credit card information, purchase history, subscription status, and payment information processed through our payment provider, Stripe. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, and we do not store complete credit card details on our servers.

We automatically collect information about your mobile device, including device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, mobile network information, and device settings to ensure the Application functions properly and to troubleshoot technical issues.

Payment and transaction records will be retained in accordance with financial regulations and tax requirements, typically for a period of seven years.
Device and Usage Data
Automatically collected device and usage information will be retained for up to 12 months to help us improve our services and troubleshoot issues.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it from your mobile device. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your device or through the Apple App Store.
Account Deletion

Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information from our active systems within 30 days, though some information may be retained for legal or business purposes as described in the Data Retention Policy section.

Twitter Data Authorization
You can revoke our access to your Twitter data at any time by disconnecting the Application from your Twitter account through Twitter's connected apps settings. This will prevent us from accessing new data, though previously collected data will be retained according to our Data Retention Policy.
7. Age Requirement
The Reply Guy Application is intended for and directed to users who are 18 years of age or older. In alignment with Twitter/X's own terms of service, you must be at least 18 years old to use our Application.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from an individual under 18 years of age, we will take steps to delete that information from our systems immediately.
